This beautiful neighborhood on the northern area of central park has become a great place to live. Our client purchased this rundown apartment and did a total gut renovation that included reducing the four small bedrooms into two bigger ones and designing a loft like open dining-living area with an open kitchen. The project also had to consider the client’s existing furniture and collection of art paintings and objects. The architecture and interiors were done by our office.
