Arvelo team renovated the lower common areas of this beautiful home of four. They worked on the living room, dining room, family room, and home office. The goal was to create a sophisticated, functional and practical space for the family with two young children. The main living room was divided into two areas to give the family more space to live. One is a sitting area by the window, and the other is a game table. The fireplace sits comfortably in the middle of both. Everyone is happy and enjoying the new spaces.
