The McLaughlin-Galib Residence was renovated in two phases once the clients bought the structure. First, the Arvelo team assisted with the main structure work; new roof, weatherproofing the basement, painting the house, etc. The second phase included renovating the interior with a new kitchen, a new bathroom layout and finishes, new stairs, and a bridge connecting both sides of the house.
