These offices were designed to accommodate Morgan Stanley employees that live in New Jersey and do not want to commute to Manhattan, while allowing for less real estate use in NYC. The office design steps away from the standard design Morgan Stanley uses in their NYC offices. This design offered spacious environments, lively colors and an inviting space to allow for more team work. This project was completed by Ruperto Arvelo while at Gensler.
