This is the thesis design that Ruperto Arvelo presented for his masters degree at Syracuse University. It is the design of a new ferry boat / cruise ship terminal in the bay of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It incorporates public areas, a public market open space as well as retail shops, while redesigning the public areas and waterfront. He won a Citation for Excellence in Thesis Design.
