For these midtown offices renovated and completed on August 2006, Arvelo renovated half the floor to accommodate more workstations. The existing space was originally designed and completed by Arvelo while at Gensler. It includes a wood paneled elevator lobby and reception, a custom designed reception desk, conference rooms, offices and workstations. A small trading floor is also part of the office.
